Faro Park

Faro Park sits right on the south coast of the Canary Island of Lanzarote. The development is close to the popular family resort of Playa Flamingo with its sandy beach and a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets. For the adventurous, a beautiful hour long coastal walk takes you right into the heart of Playa Flamingo and on to the fishing town of Playa Blanca, which offers an excellent pedestrian shopping centre, and a wonderful choice of seafront bars and restaurants. Alternatively, both locations are only a 5-10 minute drive away. A regular ferry to Fuerteventura runs from the nearby harbour, where various coastal trips can also be booked.

A little further along the coast is the famous Papagayo beach, or venture up into the mountains and discover the lunar landscape of the Timanfaya National Park.

All in all, a magnificent location which genuinely offers something for everyone.

Playa Flamingo

Playa Flamingo is also situated on the south coast of Lanzarote, close to the fishing town of Playa Blanca and approximately 40 minutes from Arricefe airport. This is an established development which is exceptionally well maintained and boasts beautiful landscaping, it’s own private beach with sheltered swimming area, 2 heated swimming pool’s and a range of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Car hire, doctors surgery and a bank are also available on the development. The coastal path runs right through the heart of Playa Flamingo and provides a convenient and scenic walk to near by Playa Blanca, which offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. The newly developed Marina can be found at the far end of the town and its bars, restaurants and boutiques are well worth a visit.
